LET'S MAKE AN OPERA! YOUTH PROGRAM

 Gemma Arts is partnering with the Idaho Fine Arts Academy to bring a 2-week workshop where young people CREATE AN OPERA!

We provide the music and training, the young people provide creative ideas and take part in set, costume building, and, of course, SINGING (don't worry it'll be in English!)

This program provides exposure to nearly all aspects of theatre, applicable to interests in performance, design, or behind-the-scenes.

Participants will take basic courses in acting, singing, set building, costuming & makeup with the opportunity to focus on areas of interest under the mentorship of top professionals in the performing arts. 

FOR GRADES 4-12

DAILY SCHEDULE beginning on June 6th: 9am to 4pm (1-hour lunch break)

PUBLIC PERFORMANCE: Saturday, JULY 18th at IFAA Black Box Theater

FINAL EVALUATION & DEBRIEF: Sunday, JULY 19th
